As one of the oldest and most respected rum brands in the world, BACARDI has 160 years of history and heritage. For the family-owned brand, rum is more than about business, it’s personal, with a family name proudly displayed on every bottle. 

You will start the evening with a welcome cocktail from our newly launched menu, followed by a tasting of three of their current expressions, and then learning how to make the best mojito while understanding its origins.

Join Aber Falls and Callooh Callay on this exclusive event. Enjoy an Aber Falls Whisky cocktail on arrival, Then let us guide you through an Aber Falls Single Malt Whisky tasting by the Brand Ambassador including exclusive aged single malt distillers cut’s expressions. 

You will also take part in caning their own Aber Falls Whisky & Salted Caramel Seltzer. Ticket holders will receive a beginner's masterclass in calligraphy whilst creating the brand Welsh Gaelic logo and brand description onto a label to place onto their very own final canned cocktail to take home and enjoy.

The experience starts with a welcome cocktail to celebrate our new menu launch, followed by a 2 hours candle making workshop, and she will take you through natural fragrance making and give you the skills to make a soy candle at home. You will start by learning about how your sense of smell works and how fragrance affects your mood and emotions. Then you will use the range of pure essential oils to blend into your own natural candle. You’ll start by heating the vegan wax, blending the oils, and finish with pouring your own natural (40 hr burn time) soy candle to take home. 

It doesn’t matter if you’ve never tried candle making before, as your teacher will provide all of the blending equipment, mixing jugs, whisks and glassware, along with plenty of guidance and support along the way.

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a fantastic Mariachi Band and Tequila brought to you by Volcán Tequila.

Handcrafted in Mexico, from 100% blue agave and 100% heart of pina, this Tequila is harvested in Jalisco, and its flavour will bring you from Chelsea straight to Mexico. Enjoy an evening of special tequila cocktails with the amazing sound of Mariachi Olé, a London based Mariachi band with over 15 years of experience, bringing you a true feeling of Mexico and pop music fusion!

Valentine's Day is all about love and roses, correct? Well, you can have it if you want, but we are doing it differently!

Join us for an evening of Burlesque and Cabaret hosted by Ruby St James – a flame-haired sultry songbird, burlesque dancer and all-around cabaret showgirl.  Inspired by the sirens of old Hollywood, this starlet is sure to steal your heart.

Ruby will be joined by  Evelyn Carnate - "The Shapeshifting Showgirl" Evelyn is the reigning Miss Burlesque UK and co-founder of Asian cabaret The Bitten Peach,  Athena Beauvoir - "The Golden Showgirl", international dazzler and finalist of Miss Burlesque UK 2019 and Dosa Cat - hailing from Punjab by way of Dorset, she is the one. Not the two or three, but THE one. Dosa is a lip-sync baddie with a body like poetry.

The evening starts at 8pm and the show lasts for 2 hours with a 30-minute interval. Tickets are £30 and include a glass of champagne on arrival. We will also have a special champagne cocktail menu for the evening.

A £5 ticket will grant you exclusive entry to the Zero Waste Cocktail Masterclass, which will feature a Banana Colada Spritz (featuring the Discarded Spirits Co. Banana Peel Rum) on arrival, and then an exciting journey through the entire Discarded Spirits Co. range of Discarded Banana Peel Rum, Grape Skin Vodka and Cascara Vermouth, followed by a live demonstration on how to transform used coffee grounds in your own home into an Amazing Spend Coffee Liqueur!
